Do you have a quality mind-set? \nIf yes, then a job as Customer Support (CS) Projects Engineer within ASML CS DUV Mature Products & Services UIR may be the right challenge for you!\nRole and responsibilities\nAs a CS Projects Engineer you will have various responsibilities, such as:\nInstallation of equipment at customer’s locations, including new equipment, upgrades and system relocations on PAS platform. \nEvaluation and diagnosis of problems and making appropriate repairs. Working with co-workers, customers, and offering technical support in isolating and solving problems. \nMonitoring, maintaining and optimizing equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems. \nAdvise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions in a timely manner. \nTrain customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment, also answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner. \nPerform administrative and coordination duties which include procedures such as changes, pass-downs, work orders, field service, system problem, and monthly reports. \nIndependently and accurately prepare written technical reports. \nProvide appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML personnel as necessary. \nEducation and experience\nYou possess either a vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBO Level 4/ MTS) or a higher vocational degree (HBO) specialized in precision engineering (e.g. automotive engineering, aviation technology, mechatronics engineering).\nOther than a technical education, issue solving/ troubleshooting or maintenance experience in Automotive/ Mechatronics or Mechanical/ Industrial equipment is preferable. \nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
