Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.”\nJob Mission\nThe CS NPI PM moves fast and efficiently from the initial creation of a new product all the way through to final product delivery representing the customer support in a cross sectoral product team. The CS NPI PM follows the PGP process delivering CS input and content for all Key decisions. The CS NPI PM supports the integration and industrialization of the NPI deliveries to enable the field service team to install, upgrade, maintain and repair newly introduced ASML machines at the customer facility.\nJob Description\nAre Responsible for HMI new product introduction deliveries to the field.\nProvide CS single point of contacts for Product Team\nAlign with our field colleagues to embed customer requirements in the NPI design\nDrive the customer service requirements to ensure the development of the NPI products are fit for purpose.\nEnsure Health and Safety compliance of new product\nContribute to improving, verifying and validating service mix deliveries, sequences and procedures.\nDefine the necessary training courses, content and duration of training to upskill the existing field engineers.\nAre responsible for making NPI decisions on system level that involve complex dependencies.\nProvide weekly and monthly status updates highlighting progress, risks and potential delays.\nIdentify, initiate and implement NPI structural cost and efficiency improvements.\nWork closely with sector interfaces in D&E,SCSM, Finance, IT, Manufacturing and the field customer support team.\nManage varied stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations\nAdapt planning, costs and manpower to align with schedule and program changes.\nDrive the alignment with different projects/products to guarantee shared learning and uniform WoW\nEducation\nMaster or Higher in ME/EE related areas.\nExperience\n4-6 years\nOther information\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
