Needs to analyze problems and interpret facts to get to a solution; covers a large variety of issues related to multiple processes.\n- Thinking is associated with the interpretation of procedures to resolve problems within established frameworks; advises on safety topics based on procedures and processes.\n- The work is not closely supervised.\n- Works on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors.\nRequirements\n- Experienced engineer (minimum bachelor’s degree) with working knowledge of clean-room environment\n- Preferably work experience with safety and knowledge of the EHS function and the products and services of the business supported and with profound knowledge of the theoretical background.\n- Ability to work in a dynamic operational business environment.\n- At least 50% work in-fab\n- Customer focus (internal or external).\n- Collaborates in a positive and efficient manner.\n- Communicates effectively to stakeholders; stays friendly at all times; provides constructive feedback and listens carefully to any feedback given.\n- Drives results to ensure safety improvements at own location/ factory.\nResponsibilities\n- Ensures and manage all safety matters in Samsung Pyeongtaek EUV Memory site\n- Manages safety requirements and equipment needed to operate effectively in-fab\n- Creates, improves and leads safety culture and drive field service engineers to operate safely\n- Manages and reports safety KPIs\n- Manages and performs PtW, Safety PM and FCOs, among others\n- Shares WW safety cases and knowledge in collaboration with EHS\n- Drives results to ensure safety improvements at own location/ factory\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
