Strong ownership and accountability are key traits.\nJob Descriptio n\nIn this role you are:\nOwning and driving technology communications to Tesla team.\nOwning content from ASML to Tesla to ensure we are aligned on the optimal strategy to use ASML technology in a new R&D fab. We expect you to bring your own view and technically take the lead \nUnderstanding and addressing machine aspects in our Scanners and Sources and understand yieldstar as well. \nAble to review and challenge content decisions made by (higher) management and relevant stakeholders. \nBuilding and maintaining a strong network inside ASML and Tesla. Managing alignment within and across Business Lines and associated heads of products \nContributing to the strategy and goals of the company, specifically in the context of the technology implementation at Tesla \nEducation\nBachelor, Master of Science in a technical science or engineering field.\nExperience\nYou have at least 10 years of experience in ASML technical role. System understanding of DUV and EUV systems \nYou talk the language of the Technology integration with a new customer with VHV team: \nYou know what it means to ensure we are clear in our requirements for integrating ASML systems into a new R&D fab \nYou are able to moderate discussions with internal and external parties (including customers) on scanner \nPersonal Skills\nDeep understanding of on-product overlay and good wafers per day performance at customers \nAbility to operate within a complex organization \nStrong analytical skills, and ability to think quickly \nExcellent communication skills \nAffinity with working in an operational environment, focus on supporting new customer optimizing the usage of ASML systems in an R&D Fab. \nContext of the position\nThis position reports to Technology Introduction Manager.
