Stakeholder & Customer Interface\nAct as single operational contact window (customer / account / internal teams)\nManage customer expectations (schedule, CT, readiness)\nProvide operational input in account discussions\nHandle major escalations and complaint cases\nE. Risk & Escalation Management\nLead site-level risk assessment (technical / schedule / readiness)\nIdentify gaps early and drive mitigation actions\nEscalate when needed and ensure cross-functional alignment\nCoordinate with EHS, SCM, Planner, and other stakeholders\nF. People Leadership\nLead and develop team (GLs, engineers, TIC, SAP)\nDrive skill development, coaching, and OJT\nMonitor team engagement and well-being\nBuild next-generation leadership pipeline\nG. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nDrive KPI performance (Cost / CT / IRR / Customer satisfaction)\nLead improvement initiatives (A3, RCA, standardization)\nOptimize processes and ways of working\nEnsure continuous improvement within scope\nEducation and experience\nScience and Engineering background\n3year + people leaders experience\ncustomer interface experience\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
