with riggers and logistics service providers.\nMonitor logistics schedules and proactively resolve disruptions, bottlenecks, or changes in operational demand.\nManage inventory levels to ensure material availability while maintaining efficient stock control.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve logistics execution and service performance.\nFAB Laydown Area (LDA) Management\nSecure, manage, and optimize Laydown Areas (LDA) within customer cleanrooms to support fluctuating material volumes.\nConduct detailed FAB and cleanroom layout surveys to identify optimal storage locations and material flow routes.\nDesign and implement efficient transportation and movement paths to maximize logistics accessibility and minimize material handling time.\nMaintain up-to-date FAB layout information and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.\nContinuously evaluate space utilization and recommend improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.\nEUV FRU (Freight Unit) Move-In Planning & Execution\nDevelop detailed move-in scenarios for EUV Freight Units (FRUs), including route planning, move sequences, dock occupation schedules, and operational checklists.\nAlign and coordinate plans with internal teams, customers, logistics partners, and rigging contractors to ensure seamless execution.\nSupervise on-site FRU move-in activities and ensure compliance with operational requirements, safety standards, and project schedules.\nProvide real-time problem-solving and escalation management during move-in operations.\nLead risk assessments and contingency planning to minimize disruptions and maintain schedule integrity.\nStakeholder Communication & Coordination\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with customers, logistics providers, rigging partners, and internal teams.\nFacilitate regular meetings, operational reviews, and progress updates to ensure alignment on priorities and execution plans.\nServe as a key point of contact for logistics-related issues and provide timely communication on operational status and escalations.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve logistics service levels and customer satisfaction.\nPerformance Tracking, Reporting & Analytics\nDevelop, maintain, and present logistics performance reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.\nMonitor operational performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.\nAnalyze logistics and inventory data to optimize material flow, utilization, and operational efficiency.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.\nProvide strategic insights to stakeholders through regular reporting and performance reviews.\nQualifications\nExperience\n2-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Logistics Planning, 3PL Management, Warehouse Operations, or related fields.\nExperience working in a semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, cleanroom, or project logistics environment is preferred.\nHands-on experience coordinating material movements, equipment deliveries, or complex logistics projects is highly desirable.\nUnderstanding of logistics requirements and operational implications related to handling high-value, high-tech equipment, preferably ASML materials.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nCommunication & Leadership\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to effectively work with cross-functional, multicultural, and customer-facing teams.\nProblem Solving\nStrong analytical thinking and issue-resolution capabilities.\nAbility to make decisions and respond effectively in time-sensitive operational environments.\nProactive mindset with a focus on risk management and operational excellence.\nContinuous Improvement\nDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and with logistics reporting, KPI management, and data analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with warehouse, inventory, and transportation management systems is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting semiconductor FAB logistics or cleanroom operations.\nKnowledge of EUV equipment logistics and FRU move-in processes.\nExperience managing large-scale equipment moves and project-based logistics operations.\nExperience working with customers in highly regulated, high-tech manufacturing environments.\nUnderstanding of safety, quality, and operational requirements associated with
