By safeguarding trade compliance, you contribute directly to the success of cutting-edge semiconductor technology that powers modern electronics.\nRole and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will manage operational trade compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with global teams to maintain regulatory adherence, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.\nAs a Customs Analyst, you will:\nManage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations\nReview Customs and export requirements and strengthen internal controls\nPrepare and update training materials for import/export compliance\nMaintain and improve internal procedures and presentations\nDevelop and implement new compliance processes and project plans\nConduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations\nSupport Duty Drawback processes and global improvement projects\nPerform data analysis to identify trends, improve compliance efficiency and support reporting\nCoordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, scope and quality goals are met\nUp to 10% travel annually within the US and internationally\nEducation and Experience\nAs a Customs Analyst, you will need:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent experience\n5+ years of experience in Trade Compliance and/or Customs Operations\nCustoms broker license preferred\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle\nExperience with data analysis tools; Spotfire experience preferred\nProject management experience is a plus\nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you will always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way do that. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.\nThe Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
