investor feedback and key discussion themes.\nEarnings & Financial Communications\nSupport the preparation and execution of quarterly results communication\nDraft investor presentations, earnings materials, and investor updates.\nAssist in developing messaging around financial performance and strategy\nCoordinate with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams to ensure consistent disclosures.\nMarket Intelligence & Analysis\nMonitor analyst reports, research publications, estimate revisions, and price target changes.\nTrack shareholder ownership trends and investor activity.\nAnalyze valuation metrics and peer company performance.\nPrepare regular capital market related intelligence reports for senior management.\nInvestor Targeting & Shareholder Analytics\nSupport shareholder targeting initiatives and investor outreach strategies.\nAnalyze ownership data and identify opportunities to broaden the shareholder base.\nEvaluate investor engagement effectiveness.\nCapital Markets Events\nSupport planning and execution of:Capital Markets Days\nIndustry conferences\nRoadshows\nSite visits\nAnalyst events\n\nCoordinate meeting schedules and logistics.\nPrepare post-event feedback summaries and action plans.\nEducation and experience\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, marketing, product management or strategy\nExperience analyzing financial statements and valuation metrics.\nSemiconductor, technology knowledge, customer experience\nSkills\nFinancial & Analytical Skills\nStrong understanding of financial statements and company valuation.\nExperience analyzing earnings, consensus estimates, and market expectations.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nAbility to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights.\nCommunication Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nAbility to communicate complex technical and financial topics clearly.\nStrong presentation development skills.\nRelationship
