The role also involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams, technical knowledge sharing, and the development of local support capability.\nRequirements\nUniversity, college of technology (Kosen), or technical high school graduate.\nEnglish skills(Current English proficiency is not required; candidates should be comfortable communicating in English and willing to learn)\nCustomer-focused mindset.\nGood manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise hands-on work.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with both internal teams and customers.\nFlexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, with three consecutive 12-hour workdays followed by three days off.\nStrong sense of responsibility and ownership.\nWillingness to take on a wide range of tasks and support the team wherever needed.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor equipment performance, collect and analyze diagnostic data, and troubleshoot system issues.\nEscalate complex problems to the appropriate support level and provide clear technical handovers and documentation.\nReplace parts, optimize settings, perform repairs, and confirm safe and stable equipment recovery.\nPrepare and execute installation, qualification, maintenance, and recovery activities in accordance with approved procedures.\nEnsure that required parts, tools, documents, permits, and technical information are available before work begins.\nProvide customers with guidance on system operation, malfunction recovery, and routine equipment care.\nCollaborate with customers, internal teams, and technical support functions to ensure safety, quality, performance, and schedule adherence.\nShare technical knowledge, document lessons learned and recurring issues, and support coaching and local capability development.\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
