This position is vital for fostering a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement in our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices.\nRole and responsibilities\nAs a EHS Business Partner, you will:\nAct as a trusted EHS advisor to operations, engineering and facility management teams.\nCollaborate with EHS Subject Matter Experts to implement safety initiatives across various business units.\nConduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and ASML policies.\nIdentify and mitigate risks related within a highly complex industrial Factory.\nDevelop and deliver safety training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness.\nSupport the development and refinement of safety policies and procedures.\nTrack safety performance indicators to provide insights for improvement.\nEducation and experience\nTo succeed in this role, you will need:\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree in safety management and in a technical field (f.i.
