Job holder is required to analyze and interpret differing situations and needs to identify, search, and select solutions out of partial solutions using their experience and applying the acquired theoretical knowledge.\nExecutes operational plans and signals deviations in department policies, structures and processes.\nWorks under supervision.\nRole and responsibilities\nKey EHS processes (e.g. Incident Management, Compliance Management, JSA/Risk Management, Inspections/ Audits, Sustainability Reporting)\nExecutes existing EHS processes.\nEnsuring a high quality of EHS advice.\nTechnical competence areas (e.g. Laser Safety, Electrical Safety, Radiation, Hazardous Materials, Ergonomics, Waste, Energy, CO2 emissions, Life Cycle Assessments)\nUses technical competence in an operational working environment.\nEHS data analysis & improvements\nSupports in MOP data collection for factory/location.\nEnsures data completeness in myEHS.\nUses reporting dashboards in myEHS.\nEnhance EHS culture & communication\nSupports the improvement of the EHS culture within own factory/ location.\nSupports sector EHS culture improvement initiatives.\nEducation and experience\nRequires theoretical knowledge (at least Bachelor degree) in Safety, Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
