At ASML, we design and build machines that enable the future of the semiconductor industry.\nWithin the EUV Factory (EF) Manufacturing department, we are responsible for dismantling EUV Scanners and Source systems. The System Dismantle & Prepackteam plays a critical role in disassembling these systems with the highest quality standards for our customers and ensuring they are fully prepared for shipment.\nWe are currently looking for an Engineer who will specialize in the dismantling phase of the process.\nRole and responsibilities\nAs a Dismantle technician, you will disassemble, lock, and adjust high-tech systems in accordance with strict specifications and procedures, all within defined cycle times. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in achieving our ambitious output targets.\nDisassemble of parts and modules for Scanner and Source in a safe way.\n\nEnsure a safe and orderly workplace, including adherence to all safety procedures.\n\nProblem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and/or deviations to ensure quality and meet our deadlines.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Suggest product and process improvements and support the introduction of new products.\n\nCommunication: Report progress, escalate issues, and keep stakeholders informed.\n\nKnowledge Sharing: Acquire and share knowledge, and train colleagues.\n\nEducation and experience\nMBO 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.\n\nApplicants with a vocational qualification (MBO, minimum level 3) combined with a 2- 3 years of relevant practical experience are also encouraged to apply.\n\nHands-on experience in a high-tech production or customer service environment is essential.\n\nStrong affinity with system assembly / dismantling and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience with both coarse and fine mechanics is preferred.\n\nSkills\nTeam player in a multidisciplinary environment.\n\nProactive, flexible and able to perform under pressure.\n\nStrives for high quality and efficiency.\n\nDemonstrates a respectful and proactive work approach, sets a good example in following rules and fostering collaboration.\n\nAnalytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.\n\nAssertive in interactions within team and to other departments.\n\nEager to learn and share knowledge.\n\nShow initiative in case of idle time.·\n\nWilling to work in a 2-shift schedule.\n\nGood command of English (spoken and written)\n\nOther information\nWhat We Offer:\nWork in an extremely clean, high-tech environment.\n\nA dynamic role with technical challenges.\n\nOpportunities for growth and development.\n\nCollaboration with top professionals in an innovative organization.\n\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nContext:\nYou will report to the Team Leader.\n\nWork is performed in a 2-shift operation, with every 4 weeks a work weekend\n\nFor this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 52,500 euro and 59,000 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
