Communicates shortages and ensures materials are staged per daily work plans.\nOperational Governance\nSupports service order tracking, time writing, and tracking tool calibration. Assists with timely closure (TECO) and follow up of open or aging orders.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nGenerates standardized reports and assists in data collection. Updates administrative records related to logistics, tool calibration and service order status.\nStakeholder Management\nCommunicates with internal teams and supports stakeholder needs providing relevant and necessary information to the Project Lead for broader distribution.\nProcess Optimization (CI)\nSignals gaps for improvement opportunities and reports to relevant stakeholders.\nKnowledge Sharing & Training\nShares own findings and WoW with local peers while building basic knowledge of projects.\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
