This internship is ideal if you enjoy organizing projects, collaborating with different stakeholders, and seeing your work come to life.\nYour assignment\nAs an Event Management Intern, you will support the successful delivery of corporate events while learning how large-scale professional events are managed. You will gain experience in planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and event execution. The focus of this internship is on project management, operational coordination, and creating consistent brand experiences. \nYour main responsibilities will be:\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events\nCoordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, transportation, registration, and on-site support\nMaintain project plans, timelines, action lists, and administrative documentation\nPrepare event materials, briefing documents, and event execution plans\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support event objectives\nAssist during event delivery and contribute to resolving operational challenges\nCollect feedback and event insights to support continuous improvement initiatives\nThis is a bachelor internship (non-thesis) for 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (2-3 days on-site, flexibility is required when there are events). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality management, communication, marketing, business administration, or a related field\nHave strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail\nAre proactive and enjoy taking ownership of tasks and deliverables\nCommunicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders\nCan manage multiple priorities and work toward deadlines in a structured manner\nHave a service-oriented mindset and enjoy supporting high-quality experiences\nAt ASML, we value diverse perspectives and encourage students from different backgrounds to apply.
