You will own the roadmap for a product or system, ensuring delivery across time, cost, and quality objectives. Acting as a technical leader and key interface with architects, you will guide development teams, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement of enterprise applications.\nRole and responsibilities\nOwn and manage the application/product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT strategy.\nLead business requirements analysis using interviews, workshops, and process modeling to define “as-is” and “to-be” states.\nPartner with stakeholders to align and prioritize conflicting requirements and drive consensus.\nCo-design solutions with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven applications.\nLead development, selection, implementation, and support of enterprise application solutions.\nProvide technical leadership, including oversight of development quality, peer reviews, and co-development activities.\nServe as escalation point for complex incidents, driving root cause resolution and alternative solutions.\nDefine and execute testing strategies; validate solutions and ensure system performance and stability.\nEnsure application availability and continuous improvement through data-driven operational analysis.\nCoach and mentor team members; promote best practices, compliance, and continuous capability development.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience in application development or enterprise systems.\nStrong experience with SAP/ERP systems, including EWM and complex enterprise environments.\nProven experience in technical leadership roles within application development projects.\nExperience with change management across functional and technical aspects of enterprise systems.\nSolid understanding of planning, analysis, design, and testing methodologies for enterprise applications.\nExperience supporting business domains such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.\nFamiliarity with system development tools, capabilities, and limitations.\nDemonstrated consultative skills to analyze business processes and translate them into IT solutions.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA (including at least one end-to-end implementation) and global deployments preferred.\nSkills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.\nProven ability to lead, influence, and drive decision-making in complex environments.\nDeep functional and technical expertise in SAP/ERP systems and enterprise applications.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities\nAbility to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.\nExperience with application lifecycle management, including development, testing, and operations.\nKnowledge of information security, data management, compliance, and business continuity practices.\nHands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and incident resolution\nStrong documentation skills (requirements, process flows, technical specifications).\nCollaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.\nOther Information\nThis position is located on-site in Wilton, CA . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.\nA flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).\nRoutinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
