You will influence factory strategy, support industrialization efforts, and drive sustainable improvements that deliver measurable business results.\nYou will:\nLead manufacturing process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.\nDrive new product introduction activities and ensure manufacturing readiness.\nProvide technical leadership for complex production issues and root cause investigations.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.\nDefine and standardize manufacturing workflows across production areas.\nMentor and develop engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.\nPartner with engineering, operations, and program teams to solve systemic challenges.\nEducation and Experience\nTo be successful in this Senior Production Engineer role, you should have:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization.\nExperience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nExperience supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.\nFamiliarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.\nExperience working with enterprise manufacturing systems and production environments.\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.\nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
