Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

Drive field marketing strategy to support mainstream marketsegmentsbusinessgrowthby deliveringcomprehensivemarketinsights,technology assessment,competitive positioning, and customer engagement programs.

Context

Operates across mainstream market segments withfocuson scalable offerings, competitive differentiation, and supporting business& technicalteams with market intelligence and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Insights & Analysis: Analyze macro environment, end-market trends, semiconductor ecosystem, andfabcapacity plans toidentifyopportunities.

• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct SWOT analyses of global and local competitors and track market share and positioning.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with business priorities.

• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate withbusinessand technical teams to align messaging and solutions.

• Voice of Customer: Capture customer needs, feedback, and market signals to influence product and solution strategy.

• Content & Campaigns: Develop marketing assets, value propositions, and campaigns targeting mainstream customers.

• Performance Tracking: Measure campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and contribution to pipeline growth.

Stakeholder Management

• Internal:Account Managers,Business Development Managers, Product Managers, Engineering and Service teams.

• External: Customer decision-makers, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding ofsemiconductoror high-tech industryecosystem.

• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic marketing.

• Ability to translate technical insights into business value propositions.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience insemiconductormarketing,sales,business development, customersupportor related roles.

• Experience in B2B or semiconductor industry preferred.
