Working closely with senior Finance stakeholders, business teams and IT, you will turn complex planning requirements into scalable solutions and actionable financial insights.\nThis role sits at the heart of ASML Finance and provides the opportunity to influence how financial information is structured, automated and used to support decision-making across the company.\nRole and responsibilities\nIn this senior individual contributor role, you act as a trusted partner across Finance, business teams and IT, with significant cross-functional influence and exposure to senior stakeholders. You drive key financial planning and performance management activities while continuously improving the systems and processes that enable them\nYou will:\nAct as the functional product owner and subject-matter expert for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning and reporting\n\nOwn and manage the SAC roadmap by defining user requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and partnering with IT on implementation.\n\nDesign and maintain SAC data models, workflows, templates, and logic, including integration with SAP/HANA/BW.\n\nEnsure high-quality planning information for forecasting, long-term financial plan, corporate budgeting, and Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR).\n\nDeveloping performance insights, financial narratives and scenario analysis for senior management forums in close collaboration with business and finance stakeholders\n\nTranslate financial and non-financial KPI definitions into scalable planning logic with clear governance\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify manual planning and reporting activities and drive automation through integrated planning and analytics capabilities.\n\nCollaborate across Finance, IT and business teams to ensure end-to-end consistency, adoption and continuous improvement of financial planning processes.\nContribute to the continued development of ASML’s FP&A capabilities by bringing together financial expertise, technology and data-driven insights.\nEducation and experience\nMaster’s degree in business economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline\n\n10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, business control or related Finance roles.\nStrong experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)\n\nExperience working with ERP or business intelligence platforms such as SAP BW or SAP HANA\n\nProven involvement in corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance cycles\n\nStrong background in financial modeling, management reporting, performance analysis and scenario analysis.\n\nExperience working in a complex, international, technology-driven environment\n\nExperience partnering with senior Finance and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.\n\nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
