This role is suited to someone with strong academic background, curiosity, and the ambition to grow into a strategic HR professional.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious HR professional who combines a hands-on mentality with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for people development.\nRole and responsibility\nAs HR Business Partner, you will:\nBusiness and People Support:\nPartner with managers to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people plans.\nProvide HR insights and recommendations using relevant data, trends and employee feedback.\nBuild trusted relationships with managers, employees and HR colleagues.\nProject Delivery:\nHelp translate business and people challenges into clearly scoped HR initiatives with defined objectives, deliverables, stakeholders and success measures.\nCoordinate defined HR projects and implementation workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.\nSupport the implementation of global, sector and local HR programs, ensuring effective execution and follow-through.\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working.\nTalent and Organizational Effectiveness:\nSupport workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and employee development activities.\nCoach and guide managers on performance, development and team effectiveness.\nContribute to organizational design and change activities.\nHR Advisory:\nGuide managers in applying HR policies, processes and people practices.\nSupport employee relations matters in line with company policies and local labor requirements.\nConnect managers with the right expertise across the wider HR organization.\nEducation and experience\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nMaster's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (mandatory).\n1-5 years of relevant HR experience within a multinational, corporate or industrial environment.\nExperience working in a corporate and/or industry environment.\nExperience partnering with managers and supporting people-related business challenges.\nExposure to talent management, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nExperience working in a complex, fast-paced, and stakeholder-driven environment.\nExperience in Project management or credentials is great to have.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.\nSkills\nYou are an ambitious HR professional who combines a strong business mindset with a hands-on approach.
