The team enables consistent quality, performance, and continuous improvement across reuse and repair activities. A KPI framework is currently being established, and the next step is to successfully implement and embed it across the organization. In this internship, you will help drive KPI adoption and support data-driven decision-making within a department of about 100 people. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\nYour assignment\nYou will contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of a KPI framework across the Reuse & Repair organization. Rather than designing the framework itself, your focus will be on embedding it into daily operations, aligning stakeholders, and supporting teams in using KPI insights effectively. You will work across multiple engineering teams and help ensure KPIs are understood, accepted, and used to drive performance improvements. \nYour main responsibilities will be:\nSupport the implementation and adoption of a KPI framework for quality and reuse or repair activities\nAlign with stakeholders on KPI definitions, objectives, and ways of working\nSupport KPI deployment across department, team, and process levels\nAssess data sources and validate data quality, availability, and consistency\nAnalyze performance data and trends to support continuous improvement\nSupport KPI reporting and review processes\nFacilitate stakeholder alignment and document KPI governance\nThis is a master's internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 6 months, minimum 3 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as of January 2027.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre enrolled in a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field\nHave relevant experience from internships or previous jobs, preferably in process improvement, performance management, or working with multiple stakeholders\nHave strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills\nAre a strong communicator who can build alignment across different teams and stakeholders\nHave experience working with data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools\nOther requirements you need to meet:\nYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;\nIf you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);\nYou attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;\nYou need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
