Typical areas for investigation are:\nCapacity modeling: you build models and analyze scenarios to determine resource bottlenecks in the factory (people, tooling, floorspace, supply).\nPerformance Management & KPI’s: you drive continuous improvement efforts that enable management to secure targets related to yield, cycle time, and labor hours while influencing behaviors/decisions at several levels of the organization.\nData analytics: you build reports & data visualizations to make the performance of factory processes transparent, translating data into information.\nIn this position you will be able to further develop your analytical skills, business perspective, influencing skills, presenting techniques and project management capabilities.\nYou serve as a mentor to less experienced team members.\nThere is always space for creative and unique points of view.
