You will:\nAnalyze technical problems and engineering data\nCollaborate with engineers across disciplines\nDevelop and evaluate potential solutions\nTranslate findings into practical recommendations\nPresent your results and contribute to technical discussions\nYou will receive guidance from an experienced mentor while having the opportunity to develop your own approach and make a meaningful contribution.\nThis position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. Must be available for 12 weeks for one of these sessions starting with the following dates: 6/2/2027 or 6/14/2027\nEducation and Experience:\nWe are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Control Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with at least 2 years completed.\nYou bring:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nInterest in complex mechatronic systems\nExperience with data analysis, modeling, simulation, Python, or MATLAB is a plus\nA proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership\nGood collaboration and communication skills\nMost importantly, you are eager to apply your knowledge to real engineering challenges and grow through hands-on experience.\nThe current base hourly range for this role is currently:\n$18.00 to $48.00 per hour\nPay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members\nThis position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
