Project & Program Delivery\nManage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring ≥80% on-time delivery\nCoordinate across multiple stakeholders (Business, IT domains, vendors)\nTrack progress and provide transparent reporting to IT Asia Manager and global stakeholders\n3. Business Partnering (Local China Stakeholders)\nAct as a trusted IT partner for local business teams (MFG / SMT / Operations)\nTranslate business requirements into IT integration plans\nEnsure alignment with global IT strategy and governance\n4. Governance & Quality Assurance\nEnsure all projects follow:IT demand & delivery processes (e.g., ITIL, SNOW if relevant)\nArchitecture principles and security requirements\n\nSupport risk assessment, compliance, and audit readiness\n5.
