Works mainly for service providers.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Network Roadmap & Modernization - Participate in the development of blueprints for related systems.\nBusiness Requirements Identification & Contextual Analysis- Connects with business stakeholders to ask questions about the requirements. Supports and contributes to the documentation of \"as is\" and \"to be\" processes and describes the changes required to migrate to the \"to be\" capability to record accurately the change required.\nArchitectural Co-design & Conceptualization - Maintains an agreed set of architectural artifacts. Supports the production of concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services in line with industry standards and best practices.\nInfrastructure and Network Development - Complete straightforward, well-defined, development tasks, data management, reporting, systems monitoring, systems testing, and disaster recovery to support the day-to-day infrastructure and networks.\nTesting - Supports monitoring, diagnosis, and correction of performance issues.\nInfrastructure & Network Operations - Supports, monitors and identifies straightforward defects to maintain fully functioning infrastructure services. Provides initial fault isolation and proposes resolution for approval by more senior colleagues to limit and address issues promptly. Completes a range of operational tasks per runbook.\nRisk & Compliance - Has a security mindset and ensures that performed activities do not introduce unacceptable security risks (confidentiality, integrity, availability).\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. \nMicrosoft/A+ or Networking+ Certification a plus.\nProficiency in network communications, MS Office, O365 and Windows.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a technical support/helpdesk, high profile customer service environment.\nExperience in the use and support of imaging, remote access and knowledge of phone system support is required.\nStrong experience in the use of IT related software and hardware, printers, and using Helpdesk software.\nStrong knowledge and experience with computers and Windows operating systems.\nExperience with computer build out and setup; imaging, application installs and configuration.\nMust possess a strong customer-centered philosophy.\nA solid understanding of PC compatible hardware.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience in diagnosing problems with computer hardware and software with the ability to apply solutions to the problems.\nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
