This contract data optimization internship offers exposure to stakeholder collaboration, data management, and process improvement within an international business environment. Your main responsibilities will be:\nSupport reporting activities and follow up on contract-related analysis requests.\nImprove the quality, accuracy, and completeness of contracting data.\nAssist with the implementation and adoption of a contract management platform.\nReview contracts and develop concise contract summaries.\nApply artificial intelligence techniques to support contract analysis activities.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.\nContribute ideas for improving contract management processes and reporting.\nThis is a bachelor’s or master’s non-thesis internship for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2026.\nYour profile\nTo be suitable for the internship, you:\nAre pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business administration, management, or a related field.\nHave strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to working with data.\nAre proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.\nAre proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with different stakeholders.\nHave strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nThis internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in contract management, supplier collaboration, data quality improvement, and digital transformation within a global high-tech company.
