In this role, you will curate, organize, and optimize learning content and knowledge assets that support workforce capability development. You will work closely with subject matter experts, academies, colleges, and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, improve content accessibility, and ensure employees can easily discover the knowledge and learning resources they need to be successful.\n\nASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.\nRole and responsibilities\nAs an L&KM Content Curator, you will plan, organize, and execute content curation activities for key business and learning topics. You will help transform learning and knowledge needs into structured, accessible, and impactful learning journeys within ASML's learning ecosystem.\nKey responsibilities include:\nContent Curation & Learning Experience Design\nAnalyze business and workforce learning needs and translate them into curated learning and knowledge solutions.\nAggregate, validate, organize, and maintain learning content from multiple sources.\nDesign and structure learning pathways, learning journeys, and curated content collections within ASML's learning platforms.\nEnsure content is accessible, searchable, relevant, and aligned with learner needs.\nCollaborate with Academies, Colleges, Knowledge Managers, and subject matter experts to identify critical skills, competencies, and knowledge gaps.\nSupport the integration of learning solutions into employees' daily workflow and performance support environments.\nLearning Solution Development\nContribute to the design and development of comprehensive Learning & Knowledge Management solutions.\nSupport curriculum reviews across academies and technical disciplines to identify opportunities for content alignment and reuse.\nHelp define end-to-end learner experiences that improve engagement and knowledge retention.\nApply instructional design principles to enhance learning effectiveness and learner experience.\nQuality Assurance & Performance Support\nMonitor and review curated learning solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.\nSupport the integration of learning content into broader workforce development programs.\nAdvise stakeholders on learning metrics and indicators that help measure effectiveness and business impact.\nRespond to content-related questions and provide recommendations based on established processes and standards.\nPerform analysis of content issues and recommend practical solutions.\nKnowledge Management\nPromote effective knowledge capture, sharing, retention, and reuse across the organization.\nEnsure knowledge assets are governed according to established standards and best practices.\nSupport the development and maintenance of high-quality knowledge repositories.\nIntegrate knowledge management practices into learning solution development activities.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay current on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and knowledge management practices.\nCollaborate with global Centers of Excellence and stakeholders in evaluating learning technologies and solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve learner experience, content discoverability, and overall learning effectiveness.\nContribute to the advancement of the L&KM community by sharing best practices and innovative approaches.\nEducation and experience\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, Technical Training, Content Management, or a related field.\nUnderstanding of business processes and workforce development principles.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nPreferred\nExperience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or knowledge management systems.\nExperience curating technical, operational, or manufacturing-related learning content.\nFamiliarity with competency-based learning programs and learning journey design.\nExperience working in a high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or semiconductor environment.\nSkills\nProfessional\nContent Curation\nInstructional Design\nKnowledge Management\nLearning Experience Design\nLearning Technology Applications\nAnalytical\nData Analysis and Reporting\nProblem Solving\nInformation Organization\nQuality Review and Assessment\nBehavioral\nStrong collaboration and communication skills\nCustomer-focused mindset\nAttention to detail\nContinuous improvement mentality\nAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and disciplines\nOther information\nThis position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut.
