Then this might be an exciting opportunity for you!\nJob Mission\nFor our Learning Shared Services Asia team, we are looking for a Learning Service Coordinator to coordinate our employee development initiatives by planning and organizing technical and personal development training courses, events and educational programs. As a Learning Service Coordinator, you will plan and organize training courses for technical learning, soft skills, leadership, and various other learning solutions for ASML primarily in Asia. But you will also work closely together with the learning representatives in Europe and the US to align and coordinate on a global level.\nEducation\nBachelor degree level, preferably focusing on human resources, administration or project management.\nExperience\n2 to 3 years of experience in the Human Resources, Learning & Development space or with project management\nMS Office: Outlook, Excel, OneNote.\nSystem knowledge of a Cornerstone (LMS), project management (Wrike) or ServiceNow (customer service) is a plus\nPersonal Skills\nMotivated, flexible team player who can work and think at a vocational level.\nGood and professional communication skills (internal & external) and stakeholder management skills.\nStructured way of working.\nGood and professional level of Japanese and English language skills in speaking and writing is required.\nLanguage skills for Korean or Mandarin are a plus\nCommitted to the success of the Learning Shared Services team and of ASML.\nJob Description\nCoordinate and forecast training courses for ASML employees in MyLearning (Cornerstone).\nOrganization and planning of (virtual) classroom courses for Asia\nPerform (administrative) processes of all standard implemented training courses.\nAs first line support, help employees with all their MyLearning related questions.\nProvide operational support, as well as support for instructors and learning experts.\nFrequent contact with Learning Shared Services Leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.\nPerform financial processes (e.g. request and process quotes from external suppliers) and follow-up on the created PR’s (Purchase Requests). \nAvailability\nFull-time\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
