The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be passionate about supporting the development of technical talent.\nRole and responsibilities\nPartner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs aligned with business priorities.\nDesign, develop, coordinate, and implement instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions.\nManage learning programs from concept through deployment, including project planning, communications, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into effective learning experiences.\nMonitor program effectiveness through participant feedback, completion data, and business impact metrics.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learning content, processes, and learner experiences.\nCoordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across training programs and learning journeys.\nContribute to strategic initiatives that support workforce capability development and organizational change.\nEducation and experience\nBachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in learning and development, training, program management, organizational development, or a related discipline.\nExperience supporting technical or engineering populations is preferred.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience working in a matrixed or global organization is considered an advantage.\nSkills\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent project management and organizational capabilities.\nAbility to translate complex technical information into learner-focused content.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using learning management systems and project management tools.\nAbility to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.\nDemonstrated initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.\nOther information\nThis position requires effective collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and geographic locations.\nOccasional domestic and international travel may be required.\nThe successful candidate must be able to effectively balance operational execution with strategic thinking.\nThis role provides opportunities to contribute to the future direction of technical learning and workforce development at ASML.\nAdditional Responsibilities: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:\n$0-0Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data.
