You will be part of a small team comprising the Head of M&A and two senior transaction managers. The role will support key activities across the entire transaction lifecycle related to possible mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic investments. The ideal candidate will apply strategic, analytical, and transactional skills to support the identification and execution of growth opportunities across ASML.\nRole and responsibilities\nConduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor assessments to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets consistent with ASML’s strategic priorities.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models & valuation analyses to evaluate transactions (DCF, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions).\nCoordinate and support end-to-end due diligence activities across all ASML functions involved in the transaction process.\nAssist in managing deal execution processes including timelines, coordination with advisors and documentation\nEnsure consistency and alignment throughout the M&A lifecycle by supporting each step of the process, and integrating insights from business leaders, corporate functions, and external advisors.\nEducation and experience\nYou have 0 - 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, management consulting or similar M&A or strategic partnership roles.\nYou have an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar required.
