In addition to these activities, you focus on enhancing processes and driving continuous improvement to generate high-quality insights that enable more efficient and effective decision-making.\nRole and responsibilities\nAs Manufacturing Controller you have the following responsibilities:\nIn your role you:\nManage and drive the monthly forecasting process and act as the key point of contact for tooling and process-related questions for stakeholders participating worldwide?”\nAre responsible for consolidating and reporting the forecast, ensuring stakeholders are provided with reliable management information\nIdentify, communicate, and monitor financial risks and opportunities, and translate them into executable actions aimed at improving business performance\nDrive continuous improvement by initiating and executing changes together with subject matter experts involved in the processes, enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of financial planning information, tools, processes, analysis, and organization.\nCollaborate with and challenge other teams to achieve high-quality standards.\nEducation and experience\nMaster’s degree in Business Economics\n1-3 years of work experience in a Finance environment.\nExperience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.\nExtensive experience in managing complex financial processes, planning applications (SAP preferred), and related tools such as SAP BW, SAC, and BI reporting.\nPreferably experience in a high-tech environment within an international public group, with a proven track record of quickly understanding complex content.\nSkills\nDemonstrates flexibility and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.\nExcellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence without hierarchical power and creativity in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders.\nA Lean and continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive drive for improvement.\nMaintain personal effectiveness and people focus under pressure, at a high speed of change, and in uncertainty.\nWillingness to understand SAP and reporting logic (Spotfire / BW) and perform deep dives to investigate bottlenecks or improvement areas.\nAbility to guide and advise at all organizational levels to effect sustainable change an improve the process maturity level of the finance organization.\nTeam player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently;\nOwn quality and be guided by awareness of customer impact.\nHands-on mentality / getting things done.\nMulti-cultural awareness\nOther information\nThe position reports to the BI&C Global Manufacturing lead who creates the conditions that enable you to realize your full potential.
