Tool ordering, registering and storage properly in the designated space.\n2. Planning and execution of certification, calibration, maintenance and inspection.\n3. Maintain tool availability to secure smooth product output.\n4. Design and manage tool cabin space with healthy utilization.\n5. Regular reporting by KPIs and presentations to drive operational excellence.\n6. Facilitate trouble-shooting against tool issues with sense of urgency, and work on structural solutions based on root cause analysis.\n7. Perform regular Gemba walks to verify correct process execution and proactively identify improvement opportunities.\n8. Plan, spend, and control budgets per TAP and management approvals.\n9. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and standardization in tool management and related processes.\n10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality, sourcing & procurement) to achieve target performance.\n11. Optimize tool management processes. Understand ISO standards and apply them effectively during process improvement initiatives, and apply ASML logistics-related L3 processes, ensuring compliance with governance and control requirements. This includes creating and timely updating the quality documents (L5 Work Instructions etc.) and ensuring proper execution aligned with process intent.\n12. Coordinate and execute self-audits, cycle count and stock taking of tools for compliance and also as a strong preparation for internal/external audits.\n13. Tool-related supplier management.\n14. Lead continuous improvement projects on tools to secure safety, enhance quality/availability and improve cost-effectiveness.\n15. Coordination with a group of Tool Planners and 3rd Party Tool Handlers to well execute the tasks mentioned above.\nEducation and experience\nMaster or Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering/Management, Logistics, Engineering or related background.\n5+ years’ experience in production tools management, operational logistics & material flow engineering, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment.\nHands-on experience with continuous improvement based on lean and/or six sigma methodologies and effective change management.\nKnowledge and hands-on operations of ERP SAP system.\nFactory-level project management or above.\nExperience with 3PL management is preferred.\nFamiliarity with operations in the warehouse, dock and cleanroom environments is a plus.\nKnowledge and experience of hardware automation in the warehouse/logistics environment is a plus.\nLean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification or above is a big plus.\nSkills\nAdvanced level with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)\nAble to communicate and present fluently in English and Mandarin.\nStrength in problem solving by RCA (root cause analysis) and CAPA (corrective action, preventive action).\nStakeholder management across departments, sectors and global functions.\nAble to work in a dynamic practical environment and perform well under pressure.\nCourageous to challenge and proactively to give and seek constructive feedback.\nAble to work independently, act as a flexible team player with can-do mindset\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
