You will serve as a key interface between D&E, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and global stakeholders, helping to align projectobjectives, manage project risks, and deliver successful NPI outcomes.\nWorking within ASML'sLinkouFactory, you will collaborate closely with local and global teams across multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, software, mechatronics, system engineering, and manufacturing. This role offers broad exposure to product development, industrialization, manufacturing operations, and international stakeholder management.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with a solid technical background and hands-on experience in manufacturing or NPI environments. This role requires the ability to effectively bridge engineering and manufacturing teams, understand technical challenges, drive stakeholder alignment, andleadsuccessful product industrialization and ramp-up activities.\nDue to close collaboration with global teams, particularly in the Netherlands, this role typically involves several evening meetings per week to support project execution, stakeholder alignment, and NPI activities. Flexible remote participation is supported for these meetings whenappropriate.\nThe final position level and job title will bedeterminedbased on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and overall interview performance.\nThis position is a Taiwan local hire and is basedonsiteat theLinkouFactory. The role follows a Monday-to-Friday onsite work model, enabling close collaboration with factory teams.\nRole and responsibilities\nLead NPI projects from planning through qualification, ramp-up, and manufacturing release.\n\nDrive cross-functional project execution and coordinate activities across D&E, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other stakeholders.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.\n\nEnsure manufacturing readiness for new products, modules, engineering changes, and industrialization activities.\n\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolutions to ensure project objectives are achieved.\n\nFacilitate project reviews, project status meetings, and stakeholder alignment discussions.\n\nCollaborate closely with global teams, including stakeholders in the Netherlands, to support successful NPI execution and product transfers.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI processes, project execution efficiency, and manufacturing performance.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, key decisions, and recommendations to management and project stakeholders.\n\nCapture lessons learned and implement best practices to improve future NPI and industrialization projects.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.\n\nApproximately 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, Product Engineering, or related functions.\n\nProven experience leading cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership and accountability.\n\nExperience working within manufacturing, factory, production, semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, or other high-tech industrial environments.\n\nStrong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution capabilities.\n\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, product architecture, and technical project risks.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a complex and matrixed organization.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to drive project outcomes independently with minimal supervision.\n\nFluent English communication and presentation skills.\n\nWillingness to collaborate with global stakeholders across different time zones.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading NPI, industrialization, manufacturing transfer, engineering change implementation, qualification, ramp-up, or production introduction projects.\n\nExperience in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics manufacturing, automation, mechatronics, or other high-tech industries.\n\nExperience working closely with Development & Engineering teams during product introduction and industrialization phases.\n\nHands-on experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, system integration, industrialization, or other technical engineering functions.\n\nExperience serving as a technical lead, project lead, or key engineering interface between Development & Engineering and Manufacturing.\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management practices.\n\nExperience driving process improvement, manufacturing optimization, operational excellence, or productivity enhancement initiatives.\n\nExperience collaborating with global engineering and manufacturing teams.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing readiness reviews, product qualification processes, and production ramp-up management.\n\nExperience working within a semiconductor equipment manufacturing environment is highly preferred.\n\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
