We are looking for a candidate who is good at solving complex planning problems and able to use limited resource to achieve ASML's business target including the commercial product output and customer service requirement by the most efficient and economical way in time.\nJob Mission\nMaking feasible production plan\n\nDetecting risk and bottleneck for production and make solution\n\nMaking transparency information to make suitable decision\n\nArranging materials to be delivered on time\n\nArranging finish goods to be delivered on time\n\nJob Description\nCreate production plan\nCollecting and integrate all demands from different internal customer including both factory and field requirement\n\nCollecting and realizing all constrains from factory (ex : manpower , tools , cabins , procedures)\n\nInvestigating all components (including make and buy items) availability to figure out supply chain bottleneck and available workaround.\n\nCreating production plan to dispatch factory resource to meet customer requirement by the most efficient way\n\nCommunicating and balance supply (Factory) and demand (internal customers) sides to make prioritization and reach agreement\n\nProactively monitor demand change/cancellation so as to generate the inefficiency inventory\n\nExecute production plan\nCreating production order in SAP, trigger material delivery and monitor/control production progress\n\nProvide necessary support (ex: material , tool , SAP issue)\n\nQuick response for demand or supply change based on considered plan to secure and meet agreed plan\n\nProactively monitor the production progress so as to prevent pending WIP and cause inefficiency inventory\n\nClose production\nManaging surplus/defect material return\n\nSecuring correctness of financial records\n\nArranging shipment\n\nEducation\nBachelor or Master degree of industry management/engineering\nExperience\n3 years and above working as Production Planner/Supply Chain Planner/IE Engineer in high-tech environment\nPersonal skills\nSoft skill\nCommunication skill\n\nSkill for prioritizing\n\nSkill for organizing\n\nStrategy thinking\n\nDetail management\n\nPressure management\n\nHard skill\nMicrosoft office\n\nSAP ERP\n\nAccess or other database\n\nVisual basic is plus\n\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
