You will apply strategic, analytical, and transactional skills to support the identification and execution of growth opportunities across ASML.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nConduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor assessments to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets consistent with ASML’s strategic priorities\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models & valuation analyses to evaluate transactions and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders\nCoordinate and support end-to-end due diligence activities across all ASML functions involved in the transaction process\nBuild strong relationships across the organization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution\nEnsure consistency and alignment throughout the M&A lifecycle by managing each step of the process, securing stakeholder buy-in, and integrating insights from business leaders, corporate functions, and external advisors\nWork with exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills, leading multiple workstreams simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations\nEducation and experience\n7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, management consulting or similar M&A or strategic partnership roles\nUndergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, or similar is required; graduate degree preferred\nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
