You are part of the P&D TW Delivery Staff member reporting to the Head of Delivery TW and work with the Warehousing, Transport Material, SERV demand fulfillment and Operational Excellence Team to ensure that the performance impact & maturity ambitions are realized and best practices are implemented and embedded in a learning organization.\nJob Description\nProject & Program Management\nLead strategic projects and transformation programs across P&D Taiwan Planning & Delivery.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.\nEstablish governance structures and drive effective stakeholder communication.\nMonitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve expected business outcomes.\nBusiness Transformation & Continuous Improvement\nDrive operational excellence initiatives focused on warehouse operations, transport material management, and service parts fulfillment.\nApply Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.\nFacilitate process mapping, root-cause analysis, and value stream improvement activities.\nSupport digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.\nDrive standardization and implementation of best practices across Taiwan operations.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with business leaders, operational managers, engineers, planners, and global stakeholders.\nAlign project priorities with business objectives and operational requirements.\nBuild strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and organizational alignment.\nCommunicate project status, achievements, risks, and mitigation plans to management teams.\nChange Management\nLead organizational change initiatives associated with new processes, systems, and ways of working.\nEnsure stakeholder engagement and user adoption throughout project execution.\nDevelop communication and training plans to support successful implementation.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.\nPerformance Management\nDefine and monitor project KPIs and operational performance indicators.\nConduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.\nQuantify business benefits and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.\nDrive maturity growth in project management and operational excellence capabilities.\nExperience:\n10 to 15 years in Operations, supply chain and/or industrialization.\nDemonstrated job-related knowledge and/or managerial experience\nOperational (hands-on) experience in operations, logistics, supply chain\nExperience in the semiconductor industry and/or in the high tech equipment industry\nProven track record in leading process improvements\nExperienced in Change Management\nExperienced with business interventions, that result in shifted perspectives in performance opportunities and/or leadership engagement \nFluent in English, verbal and written.\nWhat we seek in you\nYou have the following skills:\nSelf-propelling - learning & improvement mindset and change management;\nStrong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude & hands-on mentality with focus on results.\nAble to collaborate across all levels of the organization with an open attitude, eager to learn and share learnings;\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders and continuous improvement professionals\nAbility to manage complex relationships between various professional disciplines and organizational levels;\nExcellent ability to manage change, overcome resistance and persist in achieving mission;\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, good listener & the ability to present information verbally and written;\nSpeak up and have courageous conversations, emphatic & able to connect people to the bigger picture\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
