You’ll be supporting technology-driven development projects by finding creative supply chain solutions that not only meet your stakeholders needs but also help bring the supply chain management department to the next level.\nRole and responsibilities\nThe Supply Chain Industrialization team plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, supply chain readiness, and successful product introductions across the product lifecycle. Through close collaboration with Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Customer Support, and Suppliers, the team enables timely execution of engineering changes, industrialization activities, and operational readiness. Specific responsibilities for this role include:\nOwning material availability and supply readiness for assigned Module Delivery Unit (MDU) scope and product configurations.\nTranslating product plans, technical documentation readiness, and engineering decisions into executable supply chain actions.\nCreating and maintaining material readiness plans, demand-supply alignment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.\nMonitoring Technical Product Documentation (TPD) readiness and converting engineering milestones into material availability requirements.\nIdentifying, managing, and escalating material shortages, supply constraints, and supplier readiness risks.\nCoordinating engineering and configuration change implementations while safeguarding impact on logistics, cost, quality, and business continuity.\nDrive stronger Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost, and Sustainability (QLTCS) decision making.\nSupporting industrialization activities, including manufacturing readiness, operational lead time improvements, and supplier readiness milestones.\nCollaborating with suppliers, sourcing teams, and supplier account teams to improve supply chain readiness and execution.\nCreating visibility into material demand, supply risks, inventory strategies, and readiness status for stakeholders.\nDriving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Support, and Supply Chain organizations.\nExecuting purchasing requisitions, monitoring delivery performance, and expediting critical materials to meet project milestones.\nContributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain and product lifecycle management processes.\nEducation and experience\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. Engineering degree preferred.\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management, Industrialization, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, or New Product Introduction environments.\nExperience supporting engineering changes, configuration management, material readiness, or product industrialization activities.\nExperience working in a cross-functional product development environment, preferably within a high-tech, low-volume manufacturing industry.\nExperience collaborating with suppliers, planning organizations, procurement teams, and engineering stakeholders.\nExperience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives is preferred.\nSkills\nStrong operational planning and material availability management expertise.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to assess and mitigate supply chain, material, and supplier readiness risks.\nStakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills across multiple business functions.\nAbility to drive accountability and alignment among cross-sector stakeholders.\nStrong communication and escalation management skills.\nERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred).\nAbility to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and make data-driven decisions.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nTeam player with resilience and continuous improvement mindset.\nOther Information\nPeople are our most valuable asset. The role offers broad exposure across the product lifecycle and the opportunity to influence business-critical supply chain decisions.\nWorking Environment\nThe Supply Chain Industrialization organization supports multiple technology and product development programs across the company. You will be part of a team of Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinators responsible for ensuring supply chain readiness, material availability, and successful execution of product changes across one or more delivery teams.\nThe team works closely with Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Support, and Suppliers to support product introductions, engineering changes, industrialization milestones, and operational readiness activities throughout the product lifecycle.\nMeetings\nAs a key interface between Engineering and Supply Chain organizations, you will spend a significant portion of your time collaborating with stakeholders across the value chain. Examples include:\nDevelopment & Engineering project and product readiness meetings.\nSupply chain industrialization and manufacturing readiness reviews.\nSupplier alignment discussions regarding material availability, capacity, and readiness.\nRisk escalation and resolution meetings addressing critical material constraints.\nCross-functional alignment meetings supporting engineering and configuration change implementations.\nPlanning and procurement coordination meetings related to demand, supply, inventory, and operational readiness.\nProduct lifecycle and industrialization milestone reviews to ensure successful execution and business continuity.\nThe current base annual salary range for this role is currently:\n$99,000-136,125Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.\nThe Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
