Your work directly supports manufacturing excellence, product quality, and operational performance, helping ASML deliver advanced semiconductor equipment to customers worldwide.\nYou will join the Motion Tooling team in Veldhoven, where you will improve and standardize tooling processes within a highly technical manufacturing environment. As a Process Engineer (Tooling), you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimize data and workflows, and help create efficient, scalable processes that support ASML’s growth and technology roadmap.\nRole and responsibilities\nAs a Process Engineer (Tooling), you will collaborate with colleagues across manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and business support functions. You will focus on improving tooling processes, ensuring high-quality data management, and driving operational excellence.\nAnalyze and optimize end-to-end tooling and logistics processes.\nMaintain and improve process data and master data within systems such as SAP.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation initiatives.\nPartner with stakeholders to align ways of working, process ownership, and operational requirements.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.\nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and service levels.\nSupport daily tooling operations while driving continuous improvement activities.\nEducation and experience\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in process management, process improvement, or process analysis.\nExperience working with SAP, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar business systems.\nExperience with process modeling, reporting, and performance analysis.\nKnowledge of logistics or supply chain processes within a technical or manufacturing environment.\nUnderstanding of Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.\nProject management experience is considered an advantage. \nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
