The sector TWINSCAN Factory is responsible for the production and installation of TWINSCAN systems. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this sector.\nRoles and responsibilities\nSupports the FAB or LAB organization by maintaining, initiating and implementing technical improvements and drives the change by implementation of the Lean transformation roadmap. There is a focus on preventing issues and achieving the right quality.\nKey Areas of Responsibility:\nResponsible to maintain and provide up-to-date procedures and blueprints / sequences, that meet the safety and quality requirements and comply with the applicable standards. Validate procedures and blueprints / sequences on the shop floor.\nUse technical knowledge and experience to contribute in improvement projects\nDefine the required quantity and secure the availability of production tools, initiate upgrades, support maintenance actions and solve safety issues\nOptimize the production process and perform issue tracking/solving to be able to transfer the product into the volume organization\nGathers structural issues and brings knowledge to (new) product development projects, in order to foresee production issues in the design phase and become more cost effective\nAnalyses the production process within the pilot factory, points out structural problems and bottlenecks, works out suggestions for improvements and initiates their implementation, often in close cooperation with Development, Operations, System Install and Supply chain Engineering\nEducation and experience\nBachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics or other relevant technical area\n0 - 5 years of experience in a production environment\nSkills\nExcellent English language level in speech and writing\nGreat communicative skills; a real team player\nEffective interpersonal capabilities; ability to convince others\nFlexible, can cope with stress\nStrong analytical mind\nKnowledge and experience with SAP and MS office\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing\nOther information\nThis job posting is a pipeline to which FAB and LAB clusters have access. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing is not included in this range.
