Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.\nJob Mission\nAs a Wilton Factory Production Support Competence Engineer your mission is to work to improve the efficiency and processes of Wilton Factory by interfacing and coordinating with Facilities, IT, Security, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Calibration / Quality, Management and outside contractors and suppliers in support of all planned activities affecting Production and new requirements.\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.\nJob Description\nVMI Coordinator:\nCoordinate vendor-managed inventory activities, including inventory visibility, replenishment support, and supplier follow-up.\nProduction Hanger and Locker Assignment Management:\nManage and maintain production gown hanger and locker assignments to support workforce capacity and cleanroom operations\nRigging Coordinator:\nCoordinate scheduling of rigging for equipment installs and moves.\nCleanroom Equipment maintenance coordinator (Tool Management):\nCost estimates/quotes, calibrations, repairs, upgrades, perform/supervise work to completion of all factory tooling and equipment.\nCoordinate with external vendors and suppliers for onsite calibration, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment. \nLifting fixture CE certifications and OSHA crane inspections and Preventive maintenance. \nCleanroom scissor lifts & hoist preventive maintenance. \nSupport Point of Use tooling calibrations (tool center) \nEquipment purchasing:\nNew/repair estimates and quotes, purchase requisitions.\nInterface for MRA, SAC, CAPEX, and EasyBuy generation and follow-ups\nEquipment storage:\nSupport and maintain tooling/equipment inventory that moves between cleanroom and warehouse.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience. A degree in engineering or related field is preferred\nExperience\n5 years in high technology manufacturing.
