Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.\nThe Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair, upgrades, and maintenance for the customers within the specific region.\nThe holder of this position reports to the EUV Operations Planning and Prep manager and is responsible for providing operations integrated sequences. The Sequence integrator will work with other team members like the planner and preparation coordinator to ensure all planning and preparation tasks are done to guarantee maximum quality for the 1st line team.\nRole and responsibilities\nThe role of the Sequence Integrator is to independently plan, prep, verify, merge and execute service actions sequences into the most efficient and effective method/sequence. Based on the defined scope (SO’s, PM’s, FCO’s and FCP’s) from the planner you merge and optimize the sequence to meet targets pending the given constrains. The output plan includes the daily tasks as well as USD and longer-term SD plans. The role encompasses the preparation of the sequences collected from GEAR and Coach databases. This person has a continuous improvement mindset and will communicate internally within the OPP team. Provide insights for the scheduling in relation to the sequences. They are in frequent communication with the central sequence integration team.\nYour main responsibilities:\nIs the expert on combining service actions.\nGuarantee quality through review and risk assessments meetings.\nSet and record improvement projects and data on labor savings through optimization.\nProvide critical and developmental feedback from execution to relevant teams.\nAdd localizations based on learning.\nYour main deliverables:\nEnsure that all safety and procedures (Work permits and SRB) are highlighted and collected and prepared by Safety Engineer.\nManage preparation activities, making sure sequences/COI deliverables come in on time.\nUpdate planning board (operational and OPP) as needed.\nMerged sequences for integration into the works plan.\nFine tune for local system configuration and localize.\nExecution activities in relation to sequences.\nGathers feedback from the execution to modify and record BKM.\nRecords knowledge gained and shares this on platforms for central and global meetings.\nEducation and experience\nBS degree or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of relevant hands-on cleanroom experience and/or sequence generation, combining and optimization.
