You will coordinate material-related activities and communicate closely with relevant ASML sectors to help projects run smoothly without unnecessary delays.\nJob Description\nCoordinate required materials and tools to ensure timely availability for upgrade projects\nSupport material delivery, return, and tracking throughout the project\nEscalate and follow up on material-related issues in a timely manner\nPrepare and maintain material-related documents and tracking records\nManage customer site access and coordinate IT assets, including laptop preparation for FAB use\nCommunicate and coordinate with relevant ASML teams to support project activities and resource sharing\nWork in the FAB environment as required, typically once or twice a month, and travel to other sites based on business needs\nQualifications\nEducation : Bachelor's Degree\nExperience : More than 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, material coordination, or other related work\nGood verbal and written English communication skills\nProficiency in MS Office\nExperience using SAP is preferred\nAbility to drive is preferred due to potential travel to other work sites\nPersonal Skills\nStrong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple materials, tools, and project-related activities\nGood communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders\nAttention to detail in maintaining material records and tracking information\nAbility to promptly communicate, escalate, and follow up on operational issues\nThis position is offered as a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension subject to business needs and further review.\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
