Introduction to the job The Software Integration Engineer serves as the Engineering Project Manager for EUV Source software releases, with end-to-end responsibility for coordinating successful software delivery from content definition through qualification and release. Role and responsibilities Own end-to-end coordination of EUV Source software releases, from release content definition and planning through execution, qualification, release decision, and escalation support. Define and maintain release content and timing, by aligning with System Integration, EUV Factory, Customer Support, Software Development, and other key stakeholders on critical progression and fix content, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timing. Maintain clear visibility of release scope and readiness, including progression content, fixes, open issues, qualification status, risks, and dependencies associated with each software release package. Partner with software integrators and development teams to track critical software deliveries and ensure required progression, regression, system-level, and reliability testing is completed prior to handover.
