This program is the perfect combination of starting in a sourcing and supply chain related role and involvement in a two-year development program.\nRole and responsibilities\nBy applying for the Sourcing and Supply Chain Graduate Acceleration Program, you will be considered for multiple positions, such as operational supplier coordinator, tactical buyer, project coordinator or central fulfillment management coordinator. During the recruitment process we will investigate together which role best aligns with your background and future ambitions. In the positions, you will:\nSupport operational or tactical activities within your assigned supply chain domain.\nCollaborate with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, engineers, and/or internal stakeholders to solve business challenges.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and reliability across the supply chain.\nDevelop expertise within a specific supply chain discipline while building a broad understanding of ASML's end-to-end operations.\nSpecialize in a specific field with no job rotations.\nParticipate in an intensive 2-year training and development program to accelerate your personal growth.
