The responsibility will be in wide range, across all the global and local categories (e.g. professional services, facility management, E,R&D (design outsourcing), logistics, IT, etc.). He or she represents the Indirect Procurement organization and helps assuring the realization of strategic, tactical and operational goals from the procurement category management. Also, well connection to both local and global stakeholders is essential to drive clear demand requirements and achieve common goals.\nRole and responsibilities\n1. Enhancement of Indirect Procurement performance in various supply\nmarkets in SEA.\na. Drive the realization of strategic, tactical and operational Indirect\nProcurement goals in the dynamic Semiconductor market in SEA\nb. Make sure the local practices with compliance to ASML Indirect\nProcurement Policy.\nc. Achieve the agreed Indirect Procurement Dashboard (KPIs) with full\npersonal commitment\n2. Category Management / Supplier Relationship Management\na. Co-develop and supports the implementation and roll-out of the\ncategory strategies on local spend\nb. Execute strategies of global spend (Logistics / IT / Installation Service,\netc.) and share market intelligence / lesson learnt to reinforce strategy\nformulation continuously with Category Managers.\nc. Safeguard supplier boarding process and build long term relationships\nwith suppliers by using supplier management framework (T/ SBR,\nAccount Plan, etc.)\nd. Analyze & map timely balance between supplier capacity and market\ndynamics\ne. Manage procurement processes and drive for continuous\nimprovements (savings, contract coverage, and buying channels, etc.)\nwith adaption of Supplier Rating methodology (GQLTCS) to allocate\nbusiness fairly\n3. Stakeholder Management\na. Interface with local business stakeholders involve in both global and\nlocal spends, as well as other supporting functions like Finance and\nLegal.\nb. Hold both regional and global roles to connect to Asia Regional Head,\nIndirect Procurement Global Sr. Management and Singapore\nManagement Team\nc. Buddy with Indirect Procurement Peers in Asia, US, and NL\n4. Improvement Roadmap to upgrade Indirect Procurement in SEA into next\nphase\na. Actively participate Global Improvement Roadmap (Northstar) Projects\nb. Offer good initiatives on both global and local spends\nEducation and experience\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP or equivalent) are considered an advantage.\nStrong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.\n8-12 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management within a multinational and matrix organization.\nProven track record of leading strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional projects in a complex global environment.\nExperience supporting regional stakeholders and managing suppliers across multiple countries and cultures.\nStrong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels and drive business results through collaboration.\nExperience within high-tech, semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or a similarly dynamic industry is preferred.\nSkills\nNative or business-level proficiency in English\nOther information\nNone\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
