If you are passionate about transfer project management, have a proven\ntrack record of execution, and are motivated to make a difference in a dynamic, high-tech environment\nthen we look forward to talking with you.\nJob Mission\nThe Transfer Project Lead leads x-functional teams responsible for a number of supply chain transfers\nfor complex parts and modules and to meet the required QLTCS (Quality, Logistic, Technology, cost,\nSustainability) specifications. This role is also part of cross-discipline management team including\ndevelopment & Engineering, Product Mgmt., Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Sourcing &\nProcurement with focus on sourcing and procurement deliverables.\nKey Responsibilities\no Manage and lead a team of cross-discipline team members to achieve ASML product transfer\nstrategies.\no Apply ASML’s project management standards to lead coordination of Initiation, Plan, Execution,\nand Closure phases to achieve ASML product transfer strategies.\no To deliver the sourcing and supply chain requirements with sourcing managers (SL) and category\nmanagers (CM), to meet the agreed quality (Q), material availability and move rate (L),\ntechnology performance (T), cost (C), and sustainability (S) requirements.\no To industrialize ASML supply chain, by NPI New Product Industrialization directly with suppliers\nin Asia, or by transferring NPI suppliers in Europe & US regions to HVM suppliers in Asia region.\no Develop and manage the project plan of above supply chain industrialization, including breaking\na complex project into sequential and parallel tasks, ownership assignment, timeline, resource\nrequirement, risk identification and mitigation, supplier selection, and track supplier\nperformance with other Sourcing and Procurement departments.\no Play a pivotal role to consolidate and secure the deliverables from other sectors in order to\nexecute the supply chain transfer. Sectors include D&E, Quality & Logistics Q&L, and Sourcing.\nDeliverables include part technical specification and drawings, sourcing statement of work, parts\nquality reports, product costing analysis per design, supplier logistics deliverables.\no Establish project governance structure and align with internal and external stakeholders.\no Provide transparent, structured reporting and escalate issues/ barriers to senior management to\naddress risk and remove bottlenecks.\no Manage and communicate the closure report including LLs/ Best practices.\no Drive functional effective collaboration and continuous process improvement.\no Subject matter expert in ASML’s project management standards and process.\nEducation\nMaster’s degree with well-established knowledge in both technical disciplines and business\nmanagement.\nAn MBA from US or European institution is preferred, particularly with a focus in engineering,\noperations, sourcing, supply chain, or sales key account management background.\nExperience\no Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in major international company,\nespecially in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, medical or other business-to-business\ntechnical industries.\no Over 7 years of project management experience leading complex, large-scale projects,\npreferably by low volume and experience in supply chain management in business-to-business\ntechnical environments.\no Proven track record of project or business leadership, i.e. driving and leading complex cross\ndepartment projects from project initiation, planning, execution to results, engaging\nstakeholders at various levels.\no Experience of working in matrix organizations, both locally and globally, is preferred.\no Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\no Proactive, energetic, and persevere to drive for success.\no Self-starter and motivator with entrepreneurial spirits and can-do attitude. Focus on achieving\nresult and end goals instead of just following business process.\no Ability to deal with ambiguity and take pragmatic approach.\no Good logical thinking and problem solving skills. Could work independently to identify and solve\nproblems in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.\no Ability to influence cross-sector stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix organization\nstructure.\no Ability to communicate clearly and create buy-in across multiple decision levels.\no Business, financial and commercial acumen.
