Do you want to Lead and own the full installation of DUV systems from preparation to handover?Ensuring on-time, first-time-right, and high-quality performance within target KPIs, while working independently and in collaboration with Customer Support Stakeholders at local offices and customer sites, overseeing and supportingshift engineers working in various shift patterns and to travel up to 60% - 80% of the time?
Role and responsibilities
The System Install Owner drives readiness, manages risks, and leads on-site execution to achieve installation project KPIs and quality targets. They take full accountability for results: anticipating deviations, defining recovery options, and driving decisions to secure delivery and quality.
Beyond each install, they ensure KPI & Quality learnings are captured and embedded to preventrepeating issues and continuously improve future installations.
You’ll be working for the TWINSCAN Factory (TF), which is responsible for the production of our Deep ultraviolet (DUV) machines.
As a System Install Owner you will:
Prepare the installation in Veldhoven | be up to date about latest developments, chase qualityissues in our factory and prepare the transfer of the system to the field.
Investigate, challenge and prepare technical and logistically all deviations, ODRs, DNs.
Oversee progress of installation on site | focus on Quality, Cycle time and Cost.
Coordinate, report & drive progress of the installation.
Develop and adjust daily plans | anticipate on progress and issues encountered - provide firstaction plan when possible.
Drive timely and effective escalation managementby challenging support parties constructively to ensure data-driven decisions while ensuring ownership, clarity, and closure of issues.
Identify and address resource/help requests.
Identify structural issues, capture learnings, and ensure they are shared and followed up byTWINSCAN Factory, Natural Team or identified stakeholders.
Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
Act as the linking pinand accountable communicator between installation teamand Veldhoven, working independently while remaining transparent on install status, KPI progress, and recovery actions.
Own the Installation Quality (Zero repeat mindset) by preparing SPS for voice of customer /zero repeat and ensure compliance with ASML Quality standards and balance Customer expectations.
Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying process inefficiencies and standardizing best practices across installs.
Actively analyze performance losses, propose improvements, and contribute ideas to enhance cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency.
Education and experience
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need:
Bachelor's or Masterdegree of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial).
Working experience in a hands-on technical environmentwith ability to support with known methods. (e.g. PDCA , DMAIC model)
Progress reporting, dealing with Customers, field operations, international organization and process improvement projects
Experience in coordinating a teamof highly educated Install-engineers (in shifts) and local stakeholders.
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Other information
As a system install owner you will be expected to work independently and effectively at local offices and customer sitesin day shift schedule, overseeing Install engineers working in various shift patterns and traveling up to 60% - 80% of the time.
In this position, you’ll need to access US-controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. If you apply, you must be legally authorized to access such US-controlled technology before the job starts.
For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 58,500 euroand66,000 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing isnot included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
