Customer satisfaction is what keeps you going.(Note: this is not a direct customer facing role, the SIC communicates with internal customers only)\nPreparation phase:\nCheck issues that happened during build up and test in the ASML factory\n\nPrepare all documentation for the installation, like progress reports etc.\n\nYou plan ahead and ensure all parts, tools, work instructions are arranged to start the install.\n\nInstall phase:\nYou plan ahead and create a daily execution plan with the engineers.\n\nYou ensure the engineers have the support they need to continue the install\n\nYou ensure the quality of the install and cooperate closely with internal customer support departments\n\nYou are responsible for the progress & quality reporting on a daily basis\n\nYou are the direct link between the site and the ASML headquarters in Veldhoven\n\nPost install phase:\nYou follow up on quality issues\n\nYou initiate structural improvement ideas\n\nEducation and experience\nTechnical Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience or Technical master’s degree\n\nHave worked in an international organization / with people from different cultural backgrounds\n\nAre fluent in written and spoken English\n\nHave experience in project management, escalation management, progress reporting, dealing with customers, field operations, international organization or/and process improvement projects\n\nSkills\nHave excellent communication skills that help to build relationships with customers and colleagues\n\nAre confident in challenging others on actions and choices\n\nAre able to work under pressure\n\nFeel confident to work independently\n\nAre willing/able to travel frequently to customer site up to 75%. With a guideline of 6 weeks working abroad and 4 weeks Veldhoven.\n\nOther information\nThe EUV Factory (EF) is responsible for the production of our Extreme Ultraviolet machines. The complete production process from build until install takes place within this sector. \nFor this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 58,500 euroand66,000 euro. This range comprisesvacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing isnot included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range.The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstratedabilities of the candidate, pay relativeto other team members.
