Also, well connection to both local and global stakeholders is essential to drive clear demand requirements and achieve common goals\nEnhancement of Indirect Procurement performance in various supply markets in Taiwan.\nDrive the realization of strategic, tactical and operational Indirect Procurement goals in the dynamic Semiconductor market in Taiwan\nMake sure the local practices with compliance to ASML Indirect Procurement Policy.\nAchieve the agreed Indirect Procurement Dashboard (KPIs) with full personal commitment\nCategory Management / Supplier Relationship Management\nCo-develop and supports the implementation and roll-out of the category strategies on local spend\nExecute strategies of global spend (Logistics / IT / Installation Service, etc.) and share market intelligence / lesson learnt to reinforce strategy formulation continuously with Category Managers.\nSafeguard supplier boarding process and build long term relationships with suppliers by using supplier management framework (T/ SBR, Account Plan, etc.)\nAnalyze & map timely balance between supplier capacity and market dynamics\nManage procurement processes and drive for continuous improvements (savings, contract coverage, and buying channels, etc.) with adaption of Supplier Rating methodology (GQLTCS) to allocate business fairly\nStakeholder Management\nInterface with local business stakeholders involve in both global and local spends, as well as other supporting functions like Finance and Legal.\nHold both regional and global roles to connect to Asia Regional Head, Indirect Procurement Global Sr. Management and Taiwan Management Team\nBuddy with Indirect Procurement Peers in Asia, US, and NL\nImprovement Roadmap to upgrade Indirect Procurement in Taiwan into next phase\nActively participate Global Improvement Roadmap (Northstar) Projects\nOffer good initiatives on both global and local spends\nEducation and experience\nEducation \nBachelor or Master-degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, combined with Procurement related courses)\nExperience \n8-10 years of experience in a global, matrixed, and multicultural environment. Strong analytical and procurement expertise with a proven track record in leading sourcing projects and competitive bidding processes.
