ASML is a fast paced and complex engineering organization that sources candidates in a very competitive engineering labor market.\nYou will work closely with business leaders and the respective HR Business Partner to ensure full alignment of the business strategies and talent acquisition efforts.\nRole and responsibilities\nPerform end-to-end recruitment services in intake meeting, sourcing and selection to onboarding\nSource talent throughout various sourcing channels to build and maintain pipelines for key positions\nAttract and build relationships with sourced talent that is creative, strategic and catered to the current job market and also prescreen the talent by specific job requirements\nContinually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering talent acquisition solutions to the business.\nBuild trustful relationship with HR Line and hiring managers, be proactive in engaging stakeholders in recruitment strategies and activities.\nEnsure data integrity in ATS (Application Tracking System), generate recruitment related reports and provide analysis and recommendation on improvement action plans\nLead the project by focus area to deliver the additional value to the business.\nLead or participate in the global / local projects for successful implementation of new initiatives or programs.\nEducation\nBachelor degree or above in related field\nExperience\nOver 10 years of experience across HR and Talent Acquisition.\nMinimum 5 years in solid recruitment experience in multinational companies\nExperience in recruitment agency specialized in semi-conductor or engineering sector is a plus\nProven track record in hiring diversified and skilled workforce.\nSkills\nStrong business acumen, preferably knowledge in semiconductor industry in Korea\nAbility to be proactive, self-motivated team player with strong ownership and responsibility.\nAble to work under pressure and strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks.\nStrong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.\nData management and analytic skills to deliver valuable insight to the business\nExperience in operating or implementing the applicant tracking system(ATS).\nExcellent time-management and skills\nFluent in written and spoken English\nThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
