Do you have people leadership experience? This might be the great next challenge for you!\nThe EUV factory (EF) is responsible for the production and installation of EUV wafer scanners and sources. The department EF MF System Build is responsible for install and commissioning of the NXE wafer scanner and Sources.\nIn this role you have the mission to realize a “World Class” effective and efficient implementation and execution of the manufacturing process with high quality standards and short cycle times driven by continuously improving ASML’s processes and products. And to ensure ‘release for volume’ of a highly critical, but not yet mature product.\nAs a Team Lead you operationally manage a production team and involve production- and quality engineers, logistic representatives and development representatives.\nRole and responsibilities\nManagement: Manages and coaches a team of engineers. Controls and drives system progress and planning, sets priorities, delegates tasks, solves problems, manages skills, and contributes to a productive working climate; \nOutput: Realizes the planned output of all deliverables of production, conform plan; \nPlanning: Is responsible for detailed manpower planning and supervises progress within quality, delivery time and cost objectives; \nIndicates, initiates and drives actions to improve production processes and/or the products; \nTakes part in project activities related to the introduction of new products in production; \nEnsures proper execution of HRM policies and procedures. \nEducation and experience\nYou hold a technical higher vocational level or Bachelor degree; we’re also open to the candidates with Master degree in a technical area \nYou have proven experience (4-6 years) as People Leader in a Manufacturing environment \nYou have experience in production management; \nYou have experience with LEAN principles; \nYou have experience in improvement projects and complex working environment \nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range.
